Black Point Cafe serves organic coffee from Equator (located in Marin County), who roast their beans every week. Pastries and other fresh food items come from local sources and are prepared or delivered fresh everyday.
Nothing is complete with comforting menu along with monthly featured wine and beer listing.

History

Established in 2012.
The name Blackpoint comes from the original name of the area in the late 1800's when it was known as Blackpoint Cove. The cafe offers stunning views of the Aquatic Park and the Bay!
Black Point Cafe offers many tables & chairs to relax and enjoy the view or to plan your next excursion. All items can be ordered to eat in our expansive seating area or can be taken on the go... Complimentary Wifi is also available!

  We visit San Fransisco every year and Black Point is my required stop. Coffee is amazing, for is clean and healthy and you don't have to wait an hour! Don't miss this place.

  Good coffee, nice enough staff, but advertised free Wi-Fi was atrocious (wouldn't connect, didn't stay connected, no internet access when it was connected, etc.), and even though the posted hours online said 5pm, they started putting the chairs up on the tables, blasting a different type of music, and kicking us out at 4pm and said they had changed their hours. Which is fine, they have every right to do that, but some warning/communication would have been nice. I might come back and give it another shot another time because the coffee was good and the food looked great, just didn't have a super positive experience the first time.

  If you have some time to spare, this cafe is worth the wait! The barista is also the cashier, so it can get backed up if it's busy. I had the breakfast muffin w bacon, egg, cheese and avocado - delicious, but the highlight was the Lavender Latte! I've never tasted anything quite like it and the presentation was beautiful. I would definitely stop here again if I was ever in town.
